At Emberlight Haven, all sales are final. 💕

Once you place your order, there are NO cancellations, refunds, returns, or exchanges for changing your mind.

Orders & Processing Times

By placing your order, you understand that your order will be added to our processing queue and that you are agreeing to our current wait time. Once your order is placed, inventory is purchased or reserved specifically for you, and your payment is non-refundable for simply changing your mind. You cannot cancel your order and receive a refund because you decide you no longer want to wait. Please be sure you're comfortable with our processing time BEFORE completing your purchase.

At Emberlight Haven, each item is crafted with intention, care, and energetic infusion — from our spell jars and candles to our personalized readings and reports. Because of the sacred and custom nature of these offerings, all sales are final and we do not accept returns or exchanges at this time.

Our estimated wait times are clearly stated BEFORE you order. By placing your order, you agree to those wait times. When you place an order, we begin purchasing and setting aside inventory specifically for it. That money has already been spent and cannot be refunded to us.

Deciding a few weeks later that you no longer want to wait does not guarantee you get a refund.

Cancellation requests are approved ONLY at Emberlight Haven's discretion. If a cancellation is approved, a 10% cancellation fee will be deducted, from your refund to cover processing and administrative costs. Once you order, inventory is purchased or
 reserved for YOU. Deciding later that you no longer want your items or don't want to wait.. DOES NOT QUALIFY FOR A REFUND.

Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

If you file a chargeback because you no longer want to wait, we will dispute it and submit proof of your purchase, the box you checked stating you accepted the wait time, our checkout policies, your order notes, and any relevant emails/messages between us.

Customers who file chargebacks may be permanently banned from ordering from Emberlight Haven in the future. We reserve the right to refuse and any cancel future orders at our discretion. 

We believe in the energy each item holds and the purpose it’s created for. If you have any concerns with your order, please don’t hesitate to reach out — we’re happy to make things right if there’s an issue with your delivery or product quality.
