Every order is prepared with care, love, and positive intention. Because many of our items are handmade, processing times may vary slightly — but we always do our best to get your order to you quickly and safely.
📦 Processing Times
🕯️ Most orders ship within 3–7 business days after payment is received.
🪷 Handmade items (like soaps, candles, and Essence Embers jars) may take a few extra days depending on curing or restock times.
💌 Custom readings, reports, and personalized digital items are typically delivered within the stated turnaround on their product page.
If you ever need an order by a specific date (for a gift, ritual, or event), please reach out to ashley@emberlighthaven.com before purchasing — we’ll do our best to accommodate you.
Scoop Order Shipping Policy
Scoop Orders are completely different from standard shop orders and are personally curated by Ashley only. Every Scoop Order is intuitively and energetically put together by hand, which means processing times cannot be accurately estimated at this time. Orders are completed in the order that Ashley is spiritually and energetically guided to work through them — not by standard retail fulfillment timelines. After packaging is completed, each order is personally sealed with healing energy before shipment. Because of the highly personalized nature of Scoop Orders, there is currently an active waitlist and shipping time is considered undetermined.
Please understand that shipping policies, turnaround estimates, and processing times listed elsewhere on this website do not apply to Scoop Orders. We are unable to provide exact shipping dates, guaranteed timelines, or individualized ETA requests at this time. The best way to stay updated on progress, current order movement, and waitlist updates is through our social media pages where Ashley regularly posts scoop videos, updates, and announcements. By purchasing a Scoop Order, you acknowledge and agree to these unique processing conditions and understand that patience is part of the experience.
🚚 Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
All physical orders are shipped via USPS, UPS, or FedEx, depending on the most efficient option for your area.
Approximate delivery times (after dispatch):
🇺🇸 U.S. Orders: 3–7 business days
🌍 International Orders: 7–21 business days (customs may delay delivery)
Tracking information will be emailed once your order ships.
🕊️ Local Pickup (Optional)
If you live nearby and would prefer to pick up your order in person, please select Local Pickup at checkout (if available). You’ll receive an email when your order is ready, along with pickup details and location.
💫 Preorders & Backorders
Some products (like limited-edition boxes or subscription items) may be listed as preorder or backorder. These will ship as soon as they are available. Estimated ship dates will always be listed on the product page.
🩷 Lost or Delayed Packages
Once your package leaves our hands, it’s in the care of the shipping carrier.
If your tracking shows “delivered” but you haven’t received it:

We’re not responsible for packages lost or stolen after delivery, but we’ll always do what we can to help you locate it or file a claim with the carrier.
💌 International Shipping & Customs
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees that may apply. Unfortunately, we can’t control or predict these charges — they vary by country.
🌙 Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, please email us within 3 days of delivery at info@emberlighthaven.com with your order number and photos of the damaged item and packaging. We’ll send a replacement or refund depending on the situation.
💎 Digital & Energy-Based Products
Readings, digital reports, and Reiki sessions are non-physical and delivered electronically. You will not receive a physical item unless otherwise stated on the product page.
