At Emberlight Haven, each product is infused with love, intention, and energy — created to support your healing journey. Because of the nature of our handmade and energetic work, we do not accept returns once an item has been received.

🌙 Every order is personally prepared, cleared, and tuned to your unique energy before leaving our space. For this reason — and for hygiene and safety — all sales are final.

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please email info@emberlighthaven.com within 3 days of delivery with photos of the damaged item and packaging. We’ll happily offer a replacement or store credit depending on the situation.

Refunds are not available for:

  • Digital readings, reports, or Reiki sessions (once begun or delivered)

  • Subscription boxes after renewal or shipment

  • Custom or preorder items once production begins

  • Discounted or promotional items (final sale)
