Purchase Options & Cancellation Policy

At Emberlight Haven, every product, reading, and service is prepared with care, intention, and positive energy. Many of our offerings are handmade or energetically customized, which means each piece — whether physical or digital — is unique and made just for you. Because of that, we handle cancellations and refunds with love, fairness, and clear boundaries to ensure energetic integrity for all.


🪷 Purchase Options

We offer a variety of products and services, each with its own fulfillment process:

Physical Products — including soaps, candles, bath bombs, crystals, and Essence Embers jars, which are handcrafted and shipped with care.

Subscription Boxes (Lotus BloomBox Series) — curated monthly or sequential boxes designed to support your healing and self-discovery journey.

Digital Readings & Reports — such as intuitive card readings, Human Design, Numerology, and Astrology reports delivered digitally.

Appointments & Live Sessions — including Reiki, energy healing, and intuitive guidance sessions conducted virtually or in person.


💫 Order Changes & Cancellations

Because orders begin processing or energy work begins shortly after purchase:

  • 🕯️ Physical Products: Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase if they have not been packaged or shipped. Once shipped, they cannot be canceled or refunded.

  • 🌸 Subscription Boxes: Subscriptions are final once processed. You may cancel future renewals anytime through your customer account before your next billing date, but refunds are not available for boxes already billed or shipped.

  • 🔮 Digital Readings, Reports, and Reiki Sessions: Due to their personalized and energetic nature, all sales for readings, reports, and sessions are final once placed. Work and preparation begin immediately upon purchase.

  • 🧘♀️ Live Appointments: Sessions may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice. Missed sessions without notice are considered completed and non-refundable.


💕 Refunds, Returns & Replacements

We take pride in every creation and want you to love your experience. However, because of the nature of our work:

🌙 Every item created at Emberlight Haven is energetically cleared, charged, and infused with positive intention before leaving our space. Because of this personal energetic tuning — and for hygiene and safety reasons — returns cannot be accepted once an item has been received.

Please be confident in your purchase before checkout, and feel free to reach out if you’d like help selecting the right product for your energy or intention.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact ashley@emberlighthaven.com within 3 days of delivery with photos and your order number. We’ll gladly offer a replacement or store credit depending on the situation.

Refunds are not available for:

  • Natural variations in handmade items (such as color, scent, or crystal differences)

  • Digital readings, reports, or Reiki sessions (once preparation has begun or delivery has been made)

  • Discounted or promotional items (final sale)

Refund Policy
All refunds are issued strictly according to Shopify’s payment processing policies. Refunds can only be sent back to the original payment method used at checkout or issued as approved store credit — we are unable to redirect refunds to a different card, account, Cash App, Venmo, PayPal, or any alternate payment method under any circumstance. Once a refund has been initiated through Shopify, it cannot be canceled, reversed, rerouted, or modified on our end. If your card has been canceled, expired, replaced, or your account has changed, your bank is responsible for locating and routing the refunded funds to you through their internal procedures. Customers must contact their financial institution directly regarding any issues involving closed accounts or missing refunded funds. We are not responsible for how individual banks process returned transactions after the refund has been successfully submitted through Shopify.

Positive Energy & Right to Refuse Service
Emberlight Haven is built on kindness, respect, positivity, and creating a safe and uplifting space for both our customers and our team. We reserve the right to refuse service, sales, future purchases, custom work, communication, or cancel orders at any time for any reason, especially in cases involving harassment, threats, abusive behavior, excessive negativity, bullying, manipulation, dishonesty, or disrespect toward our business, staff, or community. We protect the peace and energy of our space very seriously and will always prioritize maintaining a positive environment.


🌸 Preorders & Custom Work

Preorders and custom creations — such as personalized jars, spell kits, or reports — cannot be canceled once production begins. Estimated turnaround times are always listed in the product description.


💎 Discount Codes & Special Offers

Discounts must be applied at checkout and cannot be added retroactively.
All sale items and promotional bundles are final sale unless damaged in transit.
