Session Policies & Booking Terms

Thank you for booking a session with Emberlight Haven. To ensure the best experience for both of us, please review the following before scheduling:

✨ Booking & Payments
All sessions must be paid in full at the time of booking to hold your appointment.

✨ Rescheduling & Cancellations
You may reschedule your session with at least 24 hours’ notice.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance are non-refundable, as your time has been reserved specifically for you.

✨ Late Arrivals
Please arrive (or log on) on time. Late arrivals may result in reduced session time to ensure fairness for all clients.

✨ Delivered Readings
Written readings are delivered digitally within the stated timeframe on your product listing. Please ensure your email address is correct when placing your order.

✨ Energy & Disclaimer
All readings and energy sessions are for spiritual guidance, insight, and relaxation purposes only. They do not replace medical, legal, or psychological care.
By booking, you acknowledge that you are responsible for your own choices and well-being.
