💖 All scoops are randomized and final sale — that’s part of the fun! Every scoop is packed with care and love, but please note that we don’t offer customization at this time.
📦 Processing Time: 3–5 business days. During launches or restocks, please allow up to 14 business days for processing due to high volume.
🚚 Shipping Time: 5–15 business days (US standard shipping). FREE shipping on orders over $88!
🎥 Video recording is not guaranteed unless requested in the order notes. Due to volume and setup time, we may charge a small video fee in the future if demand increases. Thanks for understanding!
🍬 If you scoop 5 or more of the same charm , you’ll automatically be eligible for a Premium Prize Ball! This includes luxe items like tote bags, tumblers, handbags, or deluxe bath goodies. We will automatically swap for a prize unless you tell us otherwise in your order notes.
🧿 Crystals are included by default! If you'd prefer a no-crystal scoop, just let us know in the checkout notes.
📌 Make sure your shipping address is accurate before checking out. If your order is returned due to an incorrect address, we’ll gladly reship it—but a new shipping fee will apply.
🔁 Wall scoops are final sale. We don’t accept returns or cancellations, but if something arrives damaged or there’s an issue, please email ashley@emberlighthaven.com within 3 days of delivery so we can help make it right.

Q: Can I choose what's in my scoop?
A: Nope — that’s what makes it magical! Every scoop is completely random and always a surprise.
Q: Will I get duplicates?
A: No. We do our very best to ensure you do not receive duplicates. If necessary, depending on our inventory at the time of your order, we will trade it for a new item.
Q: What if I want a video of my scoop?
A: Leave a note in your order and we’ll do our best to film it! Just remember — videos aren’t guaranteed.
Q: Do you offer refunds or exchanges?
A: Nope — all sales are final. But if your order is damaged or incorrect, just email us and we’ll make it right.
Q: I made a mistake with my shipping info!
A: Contact us ASAP. If your order hasn’t shipped yet, we’ll update it. If it has, you’ll need to cover reshipping costs.
