📦 Shipping Details

Processing: estimated wait time::  🤍 🤍Scoop orders are currently on an extended processing time. Because each order is completely personalized and intuitively curated, it’s hard to give exact timelines — these aren’t grab-and-go boxes, they’re built piece by piece with intention, care, and a whole lot of love.

Right now, new orders are looking at SEVERAL MONTHS processing time at minimum. I am working as fast as humanly possible but I refuse to rush something that’s meant to feel special when it reaches you.

*Business Days are Monday-Friday and exclude Weekends and Holidays.

As we continue to grow (and y’all have been keeping me BUSY in the best way 🥹), we’ve had to make a small change to help keep everything running smoothly and fairly for everyone.

Starting March 31, 2026, all orders placed after March 30 will no longer include category exclusions.

If you receive an item that isn’t your personal preference, we encourage you to gift it, donate it, or share it with someone who will love it just as much.

💖 What you can still include in your order notes:
You are always welcome to leave order notes with:
– Favorite colors
– Aesthetic preferences (girly, neutral, spooky, etc.)
– Themes you love
We will absolutely do our best to align your scoops with your vibe ✨

While we do our absolute best to make every order special and take your color and aesthetic preferences into consideration, we understand that we can’t be the perfect scoop shop to accommodate every sensitivity or need. Please also be aware that items may come into contact with pets during packaging (including pet dander), so if you have allergies or sensitivities, we kindly ask that you take that into consideration before placing your order.
