✨ SCOOP ORDER NOTICE ✨

IMPORTANT SCOOP UPDATE
— EFFECTIVE MARCH 31, 2026

As we continue to grow (and y’all have been keeping me BUSY in the best way 🥹), we’ve had to make a small change to help keep everything running smoothly and fairly for everyone.

Starting March 31, 2026, all orders placed after March 30 will no longer include category exclusions. 

But still feel free to list preferences such as...favorite colors and themes, styles, etc - you may also note preferences within a category...like no fuzzy bags, or no lavender scents, prefer diamond paintings over paint sets, etc...ALL of those types are completely acceptable and encouraged!! 

We are just no longer excluding entire categories of charms.

Our categories change often, and managing exclusions has begun to slow down the scooping process more than we’d like. In order to keep things moving efficiently and make sure every single order is treated equally and fairly, we’re simplifying how scoops are done moving forward.

✨ The only selectable option that will remain is:
Soap • Bath Bomb • or Either

If you receive an item that isn’t your personal preference, we encourage you to gift it, donate it, or share it with someone who will love it just as much.

💖 What you can still include in your order notes:
You are always welcome to leave order notes with:
– Favorite colors
– Aesthetic preferences (girly, neutral, spooky, etc.)
– Themes you love
We will absolutely do our best to align your scoops with your vibe ✨

💫 ALLERGY ACCOMMODATIONS

While we do our absolute best to make every order special and take your color and aesthetic preferences into consideration, we understand that we can’t be the perfect scoop shop to accommodate every sensitivity or need.

Please use your own discretion when purchasing and using items, as we are not liable for any sensitivities or reactions.

All items are to be used at your own discretion and are purchased at your own risk.

Please also be aware that items may come into contact with pets during packaging (including pet dander), so if you have allergies or sensitivities, we kindly ask that you take that into consideration before placing your order.

Jewelry Sensitivities (Metal Allergies):
We may substitute with options like:
– Rubber bracelets
– Crystal bracelets
– Beaded bracelets

Skin Sensitivities:
We may substitute with items such as:
– Hair masks/Shampoos
– Sunscreen

– Hand Sanitizer/Wipes

– Lip Balms 
– Reusable gel ice packs
– Unscented soaps

This change is all about helping us move more efficiently, get orders out faster, and keep the scoop experience fair across the board.

Part of the fun of a mystery scoop is the surprise—you never know exactly what you’re going to get, and that’s what makes it so exciting to open and see what you ended up with ✨ When we start removing categories and swapping items, it can take away from that experience and make things a little less fair overall. I always want every win to feel earned and equal for everyone 💛 That’s honestly why I still pick my cups as a surprise too 😊 It keeps the magic in it—and that’s really what this whole experience is meant to be.

As things continue to grow and evolve, we may revisit options like this in the future—but for now, this is the best way for us to keep everything flowing smoothly and get your orders out to you as quickly as possible 💛
