This session is about coming back into your body. Back into balance. Back into yourself.
✨ What to Expect
You’ll relax on a comfortable table in a calm, private setting. I’ll gently place my hands on or just above different areas of your body, allowing Reiki energy to flow where it’s needed most.
Each session is intuitively guided. I blend traditional Usui Reiki techniques with deep energetic awareness and grounded presence. Your body leads the session — Reiki meets you exactly where you are.
Clients often experience:
• Deep relaxation

• Reduced physical tension
• Nervous system reset
• A sense of peace and reconnection

All scheduled appointment readings are held in person or online at the scheduled time unless otherwise arranged. Limited virtual sessions may be available upon request.
📆 Reschedules & Cancellations
Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to reschedule your session. Cancellations within 24 hours of your appointment are non-refundable, though your session may be transferred to another date with advance notice.
